Tell you what, because we can't do this all day, we will give all orders over $50 an extra copy of BUGS! You don't have to order another one, we will just put another one in your shipping box when we pack it up.

Greetings!

We are having some issues with our shopping cart at this time and we have closed it temporarily.

You may or may not have heard about our big sale going on, if you have, that's fantastic, if you haven't, well it's great you should get some games cheap!

There is however an issue with our current shopping cart and our provider, Volusion, has informed us that the version of our cart is no longer going to be supported. We are then required to remove everything we have in in and rebuild it in a new version that they will sell to us. We have decided to find another provider to say it it nicely.

Due to this, we have had to close the store for the time being. We hope that this will only be for a little while, but it could take a day or so here to get cleared up.

We WILL have this back up and running as quick as possible so if you can bear with us we would appreciate it.

Thank you for your understanding and we will announce when we have everything back up and running.

NOTE: If you have already placed an order, we will be fulfilling those without issue. If you were charged shipping for a large order and you were not supposed to be, we will be crediting that back to you shortly.

Our web store is back online! It has changed slightly so please read below.

Summer Blowout Extravaganza is back online!

We are happy to announce that our good friend and savior Kevin McKenzie has brought us back from the brink!

Kevin, pretty much all on his own, rebuilt our shopping cart with another provider in about 10 hours. Throw in the delays for tech support and propagation down time, this transition was completely amazing to get done in 2 days.

There are a couple changes for everyone to know about so please note the following:

-Any customers OUTSIDE of the USA we recommend that you do not order until later on Monday. We have yet to be able to configure the USPS shipping rates and so UPS is the default and it could be a bit more for shipping. We have to call into the USPS tech support and register our cart with them apparently so until that happens we only have one shipping option. Anyone in the USA will be unaffected by this.

-We put this together quickly, if you have an issue please don't get frustrated, just let us know and we will do our best to solve the issue quickly.

-Anyone that completed an order before we went down, by completed we mean that your Paypal account was charged and you received a confirmation, your order is fine. YOU DO NOT NEED TO REORDER. If you want to order more, I won't stop you but I wanted to let you know that everything is fine.

-Free Shipping over $100, this should work just fine with the new cart. Those of you that were charged previously, we are crediting those charges back for shipping. We will have that cleared up this afternoon and you will see a credit back in your Paypal account. Again, this is ONLY if you live in the USA! If you do not see one by tomorrow, please contact me and I will resolve it asap. torben@valleygames.ca

-If you try to go to the store from the website links on the game pages, there could still be some broken links, I am working on those too, for now though you can go directly to the store via the link above. You can browse the store freely, the sale items are in the Special Offers link.
